Week 6 -Muddy points

My muddy points are about the assignments. Information on how to get articles from Zotero into BibTex were not clear and gave many students I spoke with had great difficulty. The same can be said of the Jing assignment where it is unclear when to use Screencast and when to use Flickr.

Theres applications are fun projects and I hope to make some future use of them in a library setting.

Is there a required number of posts required in response to other student's blogs? Do you lose points for not having a "Muddy"?

Hi Tamoul, from what the syllabus says, at least 10 responses to other studen's blogs will be counted (1% per response will contribute to our final score) and I would think you would loose points for not having "muddy" because 10 of these postings will also be counted for 1% each. Hope that helps!

Hi Rebekah,

Dr. He tried to address this issue in his last lecture. According to that information we only need to post 10 times for the duration of the course. I take that to mean 10 out of 14 weeks.

That would only account for a total of 10 points.

Thanks for your muddiest point this week. As one of the students who sought your help, I also had a problem completely understanding how to capture the articles. Thanks again for your help.
